Finally they reached one window and as they were looking through it, an earthquake happened causing them to jump out the window. Some windows lead to stranger scenes where the water was where the sky should be and the sky the water. Bailey were hopelessly stuck in a house where going through one door lead to some random room. It had collapsed in on itself in the fourth dimension. When the earthquake had occurred, the house was sturdy enough to survive it but only in the first three dimensions. But when they tried to go through one door and ended up in some random room, they realized what was wrong. Upon entering, everything seemed to be right and nothing seemed to be out of place. Almost as if somebody had stolen the rest of the house right off. Bailey to the house they noticed that all that was there was only a cube. The night before they returned there was a small earthquake but nothing to be too worried about since the house was very sturdy. Bailey and his wife would be gone for the weekend so that would be the perfect time to take advantage of an surprise her with this new house. Bailey just wanted a house that could please his wife and thought that Teal could do just that after he talked him into this idea of building a house like a tesseract that would be in all three dimensions and the fourth too. Teal was an innovative architect way ahead of his time.
But what if you could build a house in the fourth dimension? In the story "And he Built a Crooked House" they do just that. I admit that I dream about a house with an indoor basketball court quite a bit. Everybody wants to own the coolest house with all the up to date appliances.
